These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services, including digital resources, merchandise, and coaching programs (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from Gorilla and She Coaching, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms:
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
1.2 Eligibility:
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. If under 18, you must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
1.3 Changes to Terms:
We may update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Coaching Services:
Our coaching programs provide structured fitness, health, and nutrition support tailored to each individual. Results depend on consistent effort, adherence to our guidance, and accurate tracking of required data inside our app.
2.2 Digital Products:
All digital products (including eBooks, blueprints, guides, and digital downloads) are non-refundable and sold as seen. Once purchased, they are delivered electronically and considered fulfilled at the point of download. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Merchandise:
Physical merchandise such as apparel and accessories is subject to availability. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
3. Payments and Billing
3.1 Pricing:
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Taxes or processing fees may apply based on your payment method or region.
3.2 Payment Methods:
We accept Stripe, PayPal, and other approved gateways shown at checkout.
3.3 Admin Fee:
All coaching packages include a non-refundable setup fee of £500, payable at the time of purchase.
3.4 Refunds and Cancellations:
Digital Products: All sales are final.
Coaching (Personal Coaching – No Guarantee):
Minimum duration: 6 months.
You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
There is no recurring contract after the initial 6-month period unless renewed voluntarily.
Guaranteed Coaching Packages (6-Month and 12-Month):
Each guarantee is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Clients must complete required tracking, adhere to the nutrition and training protocols, and maintain communication through the app.
If these conditions are met and the pre-agreed, realistic goal (within healthy norms) has not been reached by the end of the guarantee period, we will continue coaching for free until the goal is achieved.
Refunds are not provided; the guarantee represents extended coaching, not financial reimbursement.
All guarantees are void where non-compliance, missed check-ins, or incomplete tracking occur.
3.5 Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds outside the above policy may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Gorilla and She Coaching.
4. Risk-Free Guarantee
Our Risk-Free Guarantee applies exclusively to the Premium and Premium Plus coaching programs that include written, pre-agreed goals.
The guarantee is valid only when:
The client has tracked all required data (nutrition, activity, and progress) using the Gorilla and She Coaching App.
The client has followed all agreed steps, including nutrition and habit protocols.
The goal was mutually defined, realistic, and health-compliant.
If these conditions are met and the goal is not achieved within the original coaching period, we will continue coaching free of charge until the agreed result is reached.
Guarantees do not apply to digital products, merchandise, or personal coaching plans without a written guarantee clause.
5. Disclaimer of Responsibility
5.1 Health Disclaimer:
Our programs are built by certified professionals and are science-based. However, results depend on personal adherence and lifestyle factors. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any diet, exercise, or supplement plan.
5.2 Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for your own actions, results, and adherence. Gorilla and She Coaching provides guidance, tools, and systems, but cannot control personal implementation.
5.3 Medical Conditions:
If you have existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, it is your responsibility to obtain medical clearance before starting any program.

7. Account and Tracking
7.1 App Access:
Coaching clients receive access to our tracking app, where they must log nutrition, training, and habits to ensure accuracy.
7.2 Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any misuse or sharing of accounts will result in suspension.
8. Communication and Newsletter
By engaging with our coaching or signing up for updates, you agree to receive relevant communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
9. Intellectual Property
All written, digital, and visual materials are the property of Gorilla and She Coaching. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gorilla and She Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Health, fitness, and aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in UK courts.
